We can cater for School Groups of any Size and All Riding Abilities
From Short 2 Hour – Demonstration Rides and then right up to Fully Catered 5 Day Camps.
We take the Students through learning about the parts of the horse and what is involved in Keeping them. Teach them how to prepare and saddle their horses. Then a “how to” on mounting and dismounting, basic controls, steering, stopping and starting. Once the students are confident they can head our on the trial for a ride through the Merrijig area.
For Younger School groups we do Fun activities and games to practice skills on the horses.
Longer 3-5 days Camps can be tailored to your students needs. We can Fully Cater for the Camp or only provide certain meals. We have bunk rooms to cater up to 30 Beds, Kitchen, toilet and Shower facilities.
We can also organize, demonstrations of whipcraking for students. And there is opportunities to go for walks, swimming, play games or relax in afternoons.
